Patience is also mentioned in Quran:

Verily, man is in loss, except those who believe and do good deeds and encourage one another towards truth and encourge one another towards
patience. (104:2-3)

O you who believe! seek assistance through patience and prayer; surely Allah is with the patient. (2:153)

Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil), but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere. (2:155)

Hehe. Most people don't think I do.

@Tom. Thanks for giving me your thoughts. Unresolved issues? Yes, you're probably right! I'm working on it.

I am only assuming but i think you may have a lot of unresolved issues with family, friends and others and maybe that is why any events that happen and trigger that memory, you react with anger.

You should strive to resolving the issue or letting it go. Of course, not that easy to do but making an effort is better then none.

Marissa - you are so right when you say that anger feeds on itself. I wanted to mention that in the article but I forgot.

Thanks.

Hey Tom.

Thanks for commenting.

You are awakened? Good work!

I agree with what you say about number 4. It's all about mind.

Thanks again.
