		<description>What a great post. I get so frustrated that I don&#039;t ever get as much done as I think I should. I don&#039;t eat breakfast. I rarely eat fruit. I drink to much soda. Who new these things were effecting my productivity. The best tip on this list for me, even better than the ones I already mentioned is taking time to make a list of what I will get done. I go from one task to the next and then back agian and then argue with myself as to what needs to get done first. Taking a few minutes to make a list before starting could really help. Its the simple things sometimes that you need someone else to point out for you. Thanks for this great post.</description>
