		<description>I really enjoyed this post. The tips you gave at the bottom are excellent. Eating only fruit until midday is something I do regularly throughout the week especially when I&#039;m busy or haven&#039;t trained in the morning....I will usually just snack on whatever fruit is fresh and have some black coffee and green tea throughout the morning. Its rally cleansing and allows for great mental clarity.
