I love to watch ads that inspire, and don’t force us to just buy something….and this is a true ad.

Hey is really an amazing human being. I remember watching him against the Pistons when I was in high school and just being so inspired to go out and play basketball. Problem was I wasn’t very good!

Great ad. Brings us all back to reality that life is about making mistakes and rebounding from those mistakes. It is a great reminder that perfection is never fully realized and that we will all stumble from time to time. Very motivating.

This is an insight not easily understood. So many people fall into the idea that failing is bad. And that they have to pretend they never fail. The irony is that people that have the mind-set of MJ don’t see failure as separate from success. To MJ every failure is one step closer to success. Success is inevitable. Failure just helps you refine, test and ultimately achieve your Goal.

I agree with you 100% – failure should not be seen as something separate from success. Like a great Buddhist master said “The darker the shadow the brighter the light behind it.”

I loved that commerical! I am so afraid of failing, that it is holding me back from achieving any of my goals!
