1. Not giving yourself time to unwind

Your mind needs some time to unwind, so spend a couple of minutes before bed stretching or having a warm shower. 6. Drinking too much alcohol

It makes people look prettier than they are, bad ideas seem good, it makes you feel not cold when you are, and it makes it easier to fall asleep. However, alcohol-induced sleep is not natural sleep, which means that you’ll probably toss and turn and wake up a few times during the night.
